The Home Building Process
The home building process can be intimidating and stressful. But with Tucson custom home builder C. Yetzer Homes, L.L.C., the process doesn't have to be. When you choose C. Yetzer Homes you can be assured that you are working with the owner throughout the entire process.
PLANNING PHASE
During the planning phase of the process, we are the liason between the home owner and the architect. If you don't have an architect or your home plans, we will recommend the firm we work with. During the initial meeting, we will determine your needs, style preferences and design elements. Some of the question during this meeting will be:

What style home are your wanting?

Are there any special disability needs to be considered?

Is there any furniture or artwork we should consider?

What are your kitchen requirements?

What are your bathroom requirements?

Are there lot layout requirements such as landscaping, external features or views?
Once we have your needs and requirements, we next connect you with the subcontractors, such as cabinets contractor, flooring and tile contractor, electrical contractor for lighting, window contractor and plumbing contractor.
At this point, we do all the required paperwork to secure all the permits needed to break ground. We work the utility companies as well to make sure we have the services you need on site.
CONSTRUCTION PHASE
With the planning phase complete, it's time to break ground. We coordinate and schedule all the subcontractors. How C.Yetzer Homes differs from other home builders is that your project is supervised by Chip Yetzer himself. This insures work progresses on schedule and with the quality and care you want. We will schedule periodic on site inspections with you, so you are able to see from the ground up everything that goes into your home.
If you have questions about colors, paint, carpet, lighting, space planning or even furniture, we can arrange for you to work with an ASID interior design associate. Whether you need help with the entire home or just a few design elements, a consultation with our interior design professional can help make your finished home perfect.
Landscaping and Swimming Pools - During the design process, we layout the site to accommodate your landscaping and/or swimming pool plans. During the construction phase, we coordinate with the subcontractors to make sure the work is completed according to schedule.
Other Services - Over the years we have developed relationships with finance, mortgage, banking and insurance professionals. Whether you need construction financing options or insurance needs during construction or a mortgage broker, we can recommend professionals that will understand your needs.
